At Glow Wax Bar, we're committed to providing every client with a clean, relaxing, and professional experience. To ensure the best possible service for everyone, please review our policies before your appointment.

📦 Return Policy

• Retail products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Due to health and safety regulations, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Glow Wax Bar reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

🌸 Menstrual Cycle Policy

• Brazilian and bikini waxing services can still be performed while you're on your menstrual cycle.

• Please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your appointment.

• If you are unable to do so, we kindly ask that you reschedule your service.

📅 Appointments

• Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability.

• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in.

⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment.

• No-call/no-show appointments may result in restrictions or refusal of future bookings.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

• This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.

✨ First-Time Guest Offer

• Valid for new clients only.

• One-time use per guest.

• Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

💗 Health & Skin Conditions

• Please inform your esthetician of any medications, allergies, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or health concerns before your appointment.

• Clients using Accutane, prescription retinoids, or certain topical medications are not eligible for  waxing.

💳 Payment

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

• We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

• A 2.6% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

💕 Refund Policy

• All waxing services are non-refundable.

• If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Glow Wax Bar within 48 hours so we can assist you.
